I am responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable catering service, including management of the sustainable food policy, increasing the procurement of environmentally and ethically sound goods, overseeing related sustainable accreditation, providing healthy meals and promoting healthy eating on campus, and identifying waste reduction and recycling opportunities.
