My experience at Personnel Checks has been fantastic! The project has facilitated the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice. I’m excited to present my findings of the investigation to the leadership team and discover how they adopt my recommended policies and procedures in the future.
Exploring my chosen field – Business & Management
Personnel Checks are the UK’s top-ranked Government Approved organisation, from DBS to DVLA Checks, they tailor screening solutions to suit any business. Caitlin secured a summer placement with Personnel Checks, which included liaising with stakeholders, interviewing customers and associates. She was also responsible for supporting a feasibility study for a volunteering programme. Due to Caitlin’s enthusiasm for the project, she received a glowing reference and this supported her application for future placements or job opportunities.
Caitlin developed confidence working with Personnel Checks, which led to her securing another competitive placement opportunity.
