Professor Kurt Allman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, said: “The results highlight the impact of Edge Hill’s student-centred approach to employability, which combines academic excellence with practical experience, professional placements and dedicated careers support.

“The improvement in highly skilled employment outcomes is particularly significant, showing the University’s focus on ensuring graduates leave with the knowledge, skills and experience sought by employers.”

Becka Colley-Foster, Head of Careers, said: “Supporting students to secure their next steps after graduation is an important focus for my team. We are delighted to see so many students progress into employment or further study after their time at Edge Hill. Our courses provide rich and varied opportunities for students to explore their career options, develop their skills and successfully move into employment or further study.”

The Graduate Outcomes survey is the UK’s largest annual social survey and captures the activities and perspectives of graduates 15 months after completing their studies.

These latest results build on Edge Hill University’s longstanding reputation for graduate success and employability, with graduates continuing to secure rewarding careers and further study opportunities across a wide range of sectors.
