Qualtrics

The Qualtrics survey tool is now available to all EHU students. Features include:

• An easy-to-use cloud-based survey building tool, available 24/7
• Dozens of templates and sample surveys to customise for your own use
• Integrated graphics and statistical tools
• The ability to download data into a variety of formats
• An offline app should you need to conduct surveys without internet connection

Guidance is available below, including how to get access, training and support available, as well as an introduction to the key steps to completing a survey project.

Both Microsoft Forms and Qualtrics can be used to create surveys, but they are designed for different purposes.

• Microsoft Forms is best for quick and simple surveys, collecting opinions from a small group, or running a poll.
• Qualtrics is best for more advanced surveys that form part of a research project, dissertation, or evaluation. It offers greater flexibility, more powerful analysis tools, and enhanced options for managing data securely.
