Why are women underrepresented in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)? And how can industry adapt to address the ‘leaky pipeline’ of female talent in key sectors such as tech and engineering?

Highlighting research from her upcoming whitepaper report, Pam McGee, Communications and Relationships Manager at STEM Women, will share insights into what matters to upcoming graduates in STEM. Exploring expectations of the world of work, belonging in STEM, and barriers to success, Pam will highlight opportunities to enhance diversity in the STEM workforce, and the importance of building communities to address underrepresentation.
