MA Education (Early Years) Taster Session

Join Dr Jo Albin-Clark, Course Leader for our specialist MA Education (Early Years) programme, where she will talk about how the programme can support students and practitioners to enhance their capacity to make thoughtful and reflective decisions about their role and practice, by bringing playful pedagogies and rich learning experiences for early years children.

Join Professor David Aldridge, Professor Teacher Education, where he will talk about how the programme introduces key concepts and perspectives from the cognitive sciences and considers the extent to which they can be applied to educational practice.

Join Alexis Moore, Course Leader for our specialist MA Education (Children and Young People’s Mental Health) programme, where she will talk about how the programme explores different conceptualisations of children and young people’s mental health, examines the risk and protective factors which influence mental health, and considers the benefits of a whole organisational approach to mental health.
