Edge Hill University Learning and Teaching Conference 2027
The Higher Education Learning and Teaching Conference is part of a long history at Edge Hill of sharing perspectives and good practice on student learning, pursuing excellence and discovering new insights. You will benefit from the rich culture of collegiality and sharing best practice that our annual conference has been known for since 2003.
Join us on the Ormskirk campus to share and explore some of the foremost topics in learning and teaching over two days of presentations and posters, combining the experience and discoveries of practitioners, theorists and leaders in learning and teaching, sharing both local and international perspectives. The 2027 conference will see greater involvement from students and the Edge Hill Students’ Union (EHSU), as part of our commitment to strengthening the student voice. We will also be hosting a keynote session from a prominent voice in higher education. Contribute to discussions on active learning, accessibility and inclusion, developments in generative artificial intelligence, assessment practice, evidence-based practice, enhancing employability and a lot more.
The theme for 2027 will be ‘Education and Student Success in a Changing Higher Education Landscape‘
The conference strands will encompass all areas of Education and Student Success (ESS) and will include:
