BBC Philharmonic: The Musical Story of the Gingerbread Man
A live musical adventure for children aged 3 – 7
Edge Hill University is delighted to welcome musicians from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra for a live performance of The Gingerbread Man. We invite school groups, including Nursery and KS1 pupils, as well as families and home educators, to enjoy this interactive musical story.
As seen on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer, this performance brings the much-loved tale to life through live music and storytelling, introducing children to three orchestral instruments: violin, flute and cello.
These performances are funded by Note Weavers CIC as part of their Youth Music funded Sound Beginnings project.
