Alumni Reunion Weekend 2026 programme
Thank you for joining us at the Edge Hill Alumni Reunion Weekend 2026! We are delighted to welcome you back to Edge Hill University for a day of celebration, memories and new experiences.
Whether you’re reconnecting with old friends, exploring how the campus has changed, or simply enjoying a day back at Edge Hill, there’s plenty to see and do.

| 11.30am SU entrance | Flash Dance Performance | Our celebrations begin with an energetic flash performance from recent Edge Hill Dance graduates. |
| 11.45am SU ground floor | Welcome from Professor Neil Morris | Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Neil Morris will officially welcome guests and introduce the day’s celebrations. |

You can also browse and purchase Edge Hill merchandise and artwork from Edge Hill alumnus and artist Tyler, whose distinctive drawings celebrate real-life buildings. |
| 11.30am – 4pm Hale Hall and Catalyst | Edge Hill Archive Exhibitions | Discover two exclusive exhibitions from the Edge Hill Archive, available to view for one day only. |
| 1pm – 3pm Hale Hall | Explore the Archive with Dee | Join Dee in the Hale Hall exhibition for a closer look at the archive and the stories behind the collections. |
| 11.30am – 4pm Catalyst Lawn | Lawn Games | Bring your competitive spirit and enjoy some family-friendly fun, including Swingball, giant chess, giant Jenga and giant KerPlunk. |
| 12pm – 4pm Meeting point: outside the SU | Campus Tours | Take a guided tour around our beautiful campus and discover what has changed – and what has stayed the same. |
| 12pm – 4pm Life Sciences and Wilson Centre | Facilities Talks | Go behind the scenes with Edge Hill technicians and alumni as they showcase specialist facilities, equipment and teaching spaces. |
| 12pm – 4pm Central Halls and Main Halls | Accommodation ‘Open House’ | Take a look around our accommodation and see where today’s students live and study. Does it look a little different from your time at Edge Hill? |

| 7.30pm – 12am Ground Floor, Students Union Building | Music Bingo and live DJ sets with Andy Whiston | Edge Hill alumnus and DJ Andy Whitson returns to celebrate 30 years since his own graduation. He’ll be bringing the energy throughout the evening with a fantastic selection of DJ sets. Think you know your music? Join Andy for a lively game of Music Bingo 7.30-8.30pm, with plenty of nostalgia, competition and fun. |

| All day SU Bar | 90s-themed cocktails and mocktails | Keep the 90s nostalgia flowing throughout the day with a selection of 90s-themed cocktails, available all day from the SU Bar. |
Morrisons, Subway and Costa will also be available.
Staying overnight?
Guests staying overnight will be hosted in Central Halls, giving you the chance to enjoy the full Edge Hill bed-and-breakfast experience in our brand-new accommodation buildings.

| 7am- 9am Sages Dining Hall | Breakfast | Join us for a formal breakfast and a final chance to catch up with fellow guests before heading home. |
| 10am Campus Support Hut | Check-out | Check out by 10am — but there’s no need to leave campus straight away. You’re very welcome to stay, explore our beautiful grounds and make the most of your visit before heading home. |
Throughout the day, outdoor tables and chairs will be available along the Boulevard, providing plenty of space to relax, catch up and enjoy the atmosphere.
Getting here
Travelling by car?
Guests arriving by car can park in Car Park C (the Main Car Park). No booking is required.
Travelling by bus?
Guests can travel for free between Ormskirk Town Centre and the Edge Hill campus using the EdgeLink Bus. This is a convenient option for anyone travelling into Ormskirk by public transport.
