Request Hospitality

All Hospitality requests need to be requested via completion of the online form.

You can view the brochure here: https://eshare.edgehill.ac.uk/16487/ (You will need to refer to this to gather information relating to items available, cost, code etc.)

Delivery times are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, deliveries outside of this will incur charges (the minimum order is £30).

If your order has less than 48 hours notice, please email [email protected] beforehand to confirm if we can complete your request.

A copy of your order will be sent to both you and your named budget holder via email.

Things to consider:

• Budget holder approval should be sought prior to submitting requests.
• Have you booked tables for your order? They are bookable through https://www.edgehill.ac.uk/service/myjobs-fm/ 
• Ensure your request is covered in the scope of the EHU Hospitality Policy.
