If I could describe my time at Edge Hill in one word, it would be welcoming. The University has provided a space to grow as a person and as an artist while preparing me for the future.

I chose Edge Hill University because it is affordable and offers excellent facilities. The welcoming and supportive environment made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable on campus.

I chose graphic design because I want to pursue a career in something artistic and creative. Studying here allows me to combine my passion for art with practical skills for the industry.

My experience at Edge Hill University has been very welcoming and comfortable. The classes feel more intimate, making it easier to engage with my lecturers and get personalised guidance. This support has helped me improve my work and grow academically.

The campus community is friendly and inclusive. I have met supportive friends, and late-night study sessions and shared projects have made the experience memorable. My favourite place on campus is the Catalyst library; the atmosphere is inspiring and ideal for focusing on work.

One highlight of my time here was forming friendships during the first week. Those early connections made the University feel like home and helped me overcome homesickness.

Edge Hill has helped me grow in confidence, independence, and practical skills. The guidance from lecturers and the supportive environment have prepared me for a future in the creative industry. I am actively applying for internships to gain further experience and industry insight.

My advice to new students is to get involved early, ask questions, and make use of the support available. Everything works out eventually, and asking for help sooner can make the transition smoother.
