Biography

As the Head of Sustainability, I am committed to fostering positive change and embedding sustainable practices across the Institution. This includes leading on the creation and execution of crucial Institutional policies, strategies and plans including the Institutional Sustainability Strategy, the Institutional Sustainability Delivery Plan and the Carbon Management Plan.

I am responsible for overseeing the Corporate Sustainability Service Area, supporting with long-term strategies and plans for risk management, carbon reduction and legislative compliance.

I collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships to enhance our environmental impact and lead on our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives, ensuring alignment with global sustainability goals.

I actively contribute to several committees, providing strategic guidance on sustainability including:

• Institutional Sustainability Committee (ISC)
• Facilities Management Health Safety and Environment Committee
• Faculty-level Health, Safety and Environment Committees
