Third Year BA(Hons) Drama Students present

Edge Hill Arts Festival: ‘Imperfect Environmentalism’

Edge Hill Arts Festival is a showcase of contemporary theatre, written and devised by third year Drama students. Working with the ocean conservation charity Ocean Generation, each performance has been made in response to the following live brief:

Through your chosen art form (poetry, prose, script, or performance) creatively respond to the message of “Imperfect Environmentalism”. Your submission must take an “Ocean Positive” approach in some way. This does not mean avoiding the topic of Ocean Threats, rather discussing the issues but leaving the audience with a sense of hope that we can work together to solve these problems.

The performances are:

Void of Voices Theatre – Just the Way It Is

Redacted – Overtrawl

Right Turn Theatre Company – Oceans’ Echo

Age restriction: 16+

Tickets: Free, booking required
