In 2006 Edge Hill was awarded a Centre of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) for using digital technologies and online spaces. This SOLSTICE legacy lives on in the conference alongside a rich culture of collegiality, and sustained advocacy for excellence and the research teaching nexus.
Please come and join us to participate and contribute to imagining and delivering the best possible opportunities for our students in the UK and around the world.
The Higher Education Learning and Teaching Conference is part of a long history at Edge Hill of sharing perspectives and good practice on student learning, pursuing excellence and discovering new insights. You will benefit from the rich culture of collegiality that our annual conference has been known for since 2003.
At the conference, we will present our vision for the new Centre for Enhanced Learning and Teaching (CELT) – there will be an opportunity to meet members of the team and find out more about how we can support curriculum innovation. Join us on the Ormskirk campus to share and explore some of the foremost topics in learning and teaching over two days of presentations and posters, combining the experience and discoveries of practitioners, theorists and leaders in learning and teaching, sharing both local and international perspectives. Contribute to discussions on accessibility and inclusion, developments in artificial intelligence, assessment practice, evidence-based practice, enhancing employability and a lot more.
