The Productivity & Innovation Centre (PIC) is a research-informed, impact driven centre of excellence. We help organisations address the strategic, operational and tactical challenges to achieving scale-up, service delivery productivity and digital transformation.
Part of Edge Hill’s Business School, PIC is a multi-award winning innovation asset for the region. We hold Endorsement from the Scale Up Institute for the innovation programme and Chartered Management Institute accreditation for the leadership development programmes. PIC has contributed around £85m of economic impact since 2017.

The SME Hub is your gateway to specialist support in business growth, leadership development, and AI-driven digital transformation.

The Public Sector Transformation Lab supports local authorities, health and emergency services, and education organisations to drive genuine productivity growth through AI, workforce transformation, and resilient leadership.
