We hope that you’ve had a great first term with us and that we’ve been there for you if you needed any information, advice, or support. As we take a break for the festive season, we’ve put together some useful information about how student services, support and activities will operate.
Wishing you a wonderful winter break and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
Staying in halls over Christmas?
All residential students need to let us know if they will be away or living on campus between Saturday 24 December and Tuesday 2 January 2023. You should have received our Winter Stayer’s survey, but if you have not completed this yet, please could you do so via the accommodation portal.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email: [email protected]

Housekeeping
The last housekeeping visit will be on Friday 23 December, when housekeepers will provide each cluster with a supply of bin bags. You will need to put bags of rubbish in the outdoor bin area located by your halls. If you are unsure of where your bin area is, you should ask your housekeeper in advance. If you are leaving halls for the break, please clear out the fridge and switch off all lights to conserve electricity and prevent any food from spoiling. Housekeeping will resume on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
