Facilities

Computing and IT is part of Edge Hill University’s Department of Computer Science in the Tech Hub. The Tech Hub is home to our four-screen CAVE (Computer Augmented Virtual Environment), which provides a 3D virtual environment for you to immerse yourself in real-life scenarios in 4K resolution. Other resources include robots, wired and wireless networking hardware, graphics software, web development tools, big data servers, and other specialist software for studying forensics and internet security techniques.
