On-campus. On-point.

It’s all here. A home to make your own. A library that’s much more than bookshelves. A sports centre fit for pros in the making, first timers, and everything in between. Lecture halls and classrooms kitted out with everything you need to succeed. Bars and an and SU that don’t need a taxi to get to. It’s a home, a place to study and a place to grow, and we’ve built it for you.

Investing in the outstanding

We believe that where you study and the way you study can make a world of difference to your life opportunities.

We’ve studied how students like to use our campus and built outstanding new spaces that not only prepare you for the world of work, but are also inspiring to be around.

That’s why we’ve invested over £350 million to make our campus one of outstanding study spaces, sports facilities, living quarters, collaborative hideaways and simulated work places.

Whatever subject you study we’ll make sure you’re developing the skills and knowledge employers want in our specialist facilities. That might be studios where you can unleash your ideas and experiment freely, a simulated operating theatre for you to become confident with clinical skills, or virtual and augmented reality.

You’ll find all the information about the facilities for your subject area on our subject pages.

A sustainable campus

When it comes to sustainability there’s a lot going on to reduce our carbon footprint. From using energy from renewable sources to ensuring halls of residence have the most efficient insulation systems. And from the development of ‘green’ roofs to our campus beehives, the campus is buzzing with ideas that promote sustainable development. You might also spot some spiky friends enjoying our campus, as we’re hedgehog-friendly too.
