The Wellbeing team is here to support you with all of your health and wellbeing needs throughout your time at Edge Hill.

Here at Edge Hill we understand that everyone’s mental health can fluctuate, and that there may be times during your studies where you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or low in mood, and may need some support.

The team are here to offer emotional and practical support and can also help you access other services that may be relevant to you, such as counselling, other Student Services teams and external services.

You can access self-help resources on our Wellbeing webpages as well as book an initial appointment if you feel you need to speak with someone.

There’s also information on local healthcare services, counselling, workshops, physical health and crisis support.

If you’re going through a tough time you can access free online support with Togetherall 24/7.

Togetherall provides a safe space online to get things off your chest, explore your feelings, get creative and learn how to self-manage your mental health and wellbeing.
