Come along to Hale Hall on Thursday 3 March from 9.00am for information and guidance stalls available from Student Services, Medicash, the Quit Squad and many more.
Then from 11.00am, get your free message and free fruit (while stocks last).
University Mental Health Day with Tackling the Blues
Join our Tacking the Blues team in the Hub on Thursday 3 March between 11.00am and 1.00pm for free cake, sports challenges and crafts.

The Wellbeing team is here to support you with all of your health and wellbeing needs throughout your time at Edge Hill.
Here at Edge Hill we understand that everyone’s mental health can fluctuate, and that there may be times during your studies where you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or low in mood, and may need some support.
The team are here to offer emotional and practical support and can also help you access other services that may be relevant to you, such as counselling, other Student Services teams and external services.

Togetherall provides a safe space online to get things off your chest, explore your feelings, get creative and learn how to self-manage your mental health and wellbeing.
