We know that starting university is one of the most exciting times of your life.

We know that things on campus are a bit different right now.

But we also know that we have lots on offer to help you get the most out of your first few weeks with us.

Between working out your timetable, making new friends and settling into a new place, you may not have had a chance to take in all your induction information. So, we’ve brought some useful stuff together:

Have you fully enrolled onto your course?

You should have completed Stage One of enrolment online before you arrived.

You also need to complete Stage Two so you can access your online sessions and receive your student loan on time.

If you’re not sure how to complete enrolment, visit the enrolment FAQs page

Are you familiar with your Induction Week timetable?

The timetable tells you what you’re doing and where you need to be in your first week at EHU.

You will have received a link to your online timetable in one of your Getting Started emails. Our short video shows you how to make sense of your Induction Week timetable and an alternative way of accessing this via the student homepage.

Want to make new friends and get involved in campus life?

Campus Connector team

The Campus Life team is here to help you settle into university and make you part of the Edge Hill community. The Campus Connectors are fellow students who can signpost you to support teams who will be able to help you with any problems you might have. The team will be running a range of online and in-person events – from quizzes to vlogs, competitions to tours of the local area, there is something for everyone to get involved.

Make sure you like the EHU Campus Life Facebook page and follow on Instagram @CampusLifeEHU to keep up to date with what’s on. If you spot any of the team around campus (with their red tops and gazebo) please feel free to say hello.

What’s going on at the Students’ Union?

Whether it’s joining your Elected Officer Team for the virtual quiz on 25 January or signing up to societies during the Virtual Welcome Fair running 6 – 29 January, you can be a part of your SU from the off!
