It’s back! Bigger and better than ever… 

We’re delighted that, for the fourth year running, Feel Good February has returned to EHU.

Taking place throughout the whole of the month, Feel Good February offers a wide selection of events, workshops and initiatives to support you with improving your health and wellbeing.

He will share his latest thinking in the areas of positive phycology, learned optimism and how it’s about grooving good habits into your life, early.

A lived experience advisor, trainer and creative consultant, Angela Samata shares her journey as a co-scriptwriter for Hollyoaks and the storyline that played an essential role in raising awareness around suicide and encouraging a demographic at risk to reach out for help and support.
