All students should follow the normal enrolment process, you should only use this form if we have instructed you to, due to special circumstances.
Please ensure you have received confirmation that you have successfully completed stage one of the enrolment process before completing the details below.

Failure to complete stage two enrolment will delay you getting your student loan payment (if applicable).
