How do I find my timetable?

FAS & FoE Students only: Once you are fully enrolled, you can log in at the top right. Your timetable should appear automatically.

You may need to change the dates if teaching has not started yet. Here are the term dates for the current and future academic years.

This timetable will show bookings for all the modules you are registered on for the next academic year. You should attend all lectures (light-blue coloured) and all lecture/seminars (dark-green coloured) bookings and your department will let know which of the seminars/practicals/workshops that you need to attend.

FHSCM Students: We are still working on adding your module and course timetables to the site. Please contact your department for further information.

I’ve logged in, but nothing is appearing for me?

Your timetable will become available within 24 hours of enrolling. Please note all students need to enrol for each year of study. If you have any questions about this, please email the Enrolment team (Enrolment@edgehill.ac.uk).

If you have definitely completed enrolment, you may need to change the date you are looking at, as the website automatically shows you the current week. Here are the term dates for the current and future academic years.

If you are unsure if you are enrolled or if it is still appearing as blank, please email us on StudentCalendar@edgehill.ac.uk and we will check your status.

Why is the timetable blank?

Please check you are logged in at the top right.

Your timetable should appear automatically, but you may need to change the dates, as the website automatically shows you the current week. Here are the term dates for the current and future academic years.

If the problem persists, please email us on StudentCalendar@edgehill.ac.uk.

Please note, it is your responsibility to check with us if you are unsure. It is not excusable to miss a lecture/seminar/assessment/etc because it did not appear on your timetable on Student Calendar. If in doubt, always check with the Module Leader.

How do you change the date?

There are four options on the right-hand side for different views: month, week, day and list. The list gives all bookings for a particular week.

If you are using a smartphone, we recommend using landscape mode, as the month and week views are not available in portrait.

On the left-hand side, there are two arrows allowing you to scroll backwards and forwards through the months/weeks/days/lists.

In the centre, it shows the date being shown currently. It you click on this date, the website gives you the option to select a specific year and month.

For more information about term dates, please see here.

What do I do if one of my modules is missing?

Please email us on StudentCalendar@edgehill.ac.uk with your name, student number and the module code or title and we will look into the issue ASAP.

It may be a problem with our bookings or it might be your student record needs updating. Either way we will try to fix it as soon as we can.

When are timetables published?

We aim to release provisional module and course schedules by A-level results day for the entire academic year.

You are able to log into the Student Calendar website to view your personalised timetable within 24 hours of enrolment. For more information on enrolment dates, please see the Enrolment team’s information pages.

Please note that timetables may change at any time due to circumstances outside of our control. We recommend you check back regularly, but your department should also notify you regarding any late and last-minute changes.

Why has my timetable changed?

Sometimes, due to circumstances outside of our control, we may need to change teaching bookings. We try to keep such changes to a minimum, but we recommend you check back regularly. Your department should keep you informed of any last-minute changes.

What is a personalised timetable?

We are currently working on a project for all students to have fully-personalised timetables available from the point of enrolment. We have rolled this out to four departments so far, but we will be rolling it out further in the near future.

This is a massive task and we want to make sure we do it right, so we are sorry if your department has not been included yet.

In the meantime, all FAS and FoE students can log in and view a semi-personalised timetable, showing their six modules only, although not fully-personalised down to seminar level. Seminar information will be given by your individual department.

Can I sync my timetable to the calendar on my phone?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.

I have further questions…

Please email our team on StudentCalendar@edgehill.ac.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
