The Space Management team manages all academic and ad-hoc room bookings across the campus.

Key points to note:

  • Your academic department issues academic timetables
  • You must book rooms via your course tutor or the Students’ Union

If you need to book a room, please contact your department office or personal tutor and request a space via them.

Room bookings (for staff)

For academic bookings, please contact the Room Bookings team directly, either via email, phone or the contact form on this page.

To book a room for non-teaching use (including meetings, interviews etc.) please use the online room booking system.  Follow this link for user instructions including how to cancel or alter a booking.
