Room Bookings for Students

The Space Management team manages the room booking system across the university, ensuring a smooth teaching timetable and facilitating additional requests from staff and students.

Key points to note:

  • Your academic department issues timetables, including specific seminar groups
  • Timetable information can be viewed on the Student Calendar site
  • You must book rooms via your course tutor or the Students’ Union


You can view module and course timetables via the Student Calendar website.

FoE and FAS students can log in (top-right) and bookings for any modules they are registered on will show automatically. For seminar information, please contact your academic department directly.
