Room Bookings for Staff

The Space Management team manages the room booking system across the university, ensuring a smooth teaching timetable and facilitating additional requests from staff and students.

Key points to note:

  • Teaching requests are collected in the spring for the upcoming academic year.
  • Room bookings (timetables) are announced during the summer, but are subject to change.
  • Non-teaching requests can be accommodated, but teaching always comes first.

Room bookings for teaching activity

Room bookings for non-teaching events

Due to CoVID-19 and social distancing requirements, all space is now prioritised for teaching and any other activity should take place online wherever possible. If your meeting cannot take place online, email us and we will advise if any rooms are available.

The online room booking system is currently unavailable.
