Room Bookings for Staff

The Space Management team manages the room booking system across the university, ensuring a smooth teaching timetable and facilitating additional requests from staff and students.

Key points to note:

  • Teaching requests are collected in the spring for the upcoming academic year.
  • Room bookings (timetables) are announced during the summer, but are subject to change.
  • Non-teaching requests can be accommodated, but teaching always comes first.

Room bookings for non-teaching events

The online room booking system is currently available for ad-hoc bookings up to 30 days ahead. Here are some instructions.

This is just for one-off bookings taking place Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00. If you require a room outside of this time frame or for recurring bookings, please email us.
