Programme withdrawal

withdrawal

We want our students to experience the highest quality teaching and learning while at Edge Hill University.

However, sometimes students may face personal or programme-related difficulties that affect their ability to continue with their programme.

[email protected] within Student Services can offer support to help you to remain on programme working with Wellbeing, Inclusion, Money Advice or other specialist services, which may be beneficial to you. Please visit their webpage https://www.edgehill.ac.uk/studentservices/transitions-team/ , email or alternatively book an appointment.

If you are considering withdrawing from your programme, your personal tutor or Academic Records are available to provide information, advice and guidance on alternatives to programme withdrawal, such as taking time out or transferring to another programme or mode of study.  They can also refer you to other services as appropriate.

If you do decide to withdraw from your programme, please contact Academic Records who will guide you through the process.  Please also read the Tuition Fees Policy Statement for the relevant academic year.

The University’s full procedures on withdrawal is in Appendix 26 of the Academic Regulations.
