You must enrol before the start of your course to become a member of the University, activate your IT/Library account and release your student loan funds.
If you are a new student you will complete two stages of enrolment (both online).
All the instructions and links you will need to enrol will be emailed out to you. Continuing students can enrol through the student homepage.
You need to enrol on your course at the beginning of each academic year.
You will provide some personal details and upload a suitable photograph for your University Student ID card (Unicard), as well as a copy of your identity document (ID). Please see our Enrolment Identification Requirements for guidance on acceptable forms of ID. This form may also include an option to choose modules.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, you will NOT be required to attend campus to confirm your attendance.
Instead, we will send you an enrolment form via email. You will then need to:
• Print the form off, sign it, take a photo of it on your phone (or scan it) and email it back to us
• Contact the enrolment team at the address below if you do not have access to a printer
Remember that you are not enrolled as an Edge Hill student until you have completed this stage.

You will enrol online unless we have told you otherwise.
Instructions regarding re-enrolment will be emailed to your Edge Hill email account. Log in to your student record and click ‘enrol now’.
If you have any outstanding fees or are waiting on the results of a reassessment, you will not be able to enrol.
The ability to enrol is dependent on an assessment board confirming your progression to next year. If you think you still have modules outstanding, contact the assessment team for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org

You will not receive your Student Finance until you have enrolled in full.
