As a continuing student it is essential that you re–enrol each year, as you need to be registered on your course for Student Finance to release your tuition fee and maintenance loans.
You can do this online, and do not need to come onto campus to enrol.
Instructions on how to re-enrol will be emailed to your Edge Hill email account, but the process is simple – log in to the enrolment portal using your username and password, check your details and click through the screens, then click ‘submit’.
Depending on your situation, the enrolment portal will only let you in if you are clear to re-enrol – please see below for the reenrolment dates relevant to you:
For courses starting in September, please see below for information on when you can re-enrol.
• If your online transcript says that you have passed, or you have been told that you can continue with module(s) outstanding, you can re-enrol from 1pm on Tuesday 7 September 2021
• If your online transcript indicates that you need to complete reassessment, and you successfully pass it, you will be able to re-enrol from 12 noon on Friday 24 September 2021
• Re-enrolment dates for Midwifery, Paramedic Practice and ODP students are still to be confirmed, we will email you details nearer the time
Please note, if you have any outstanding fees or are waiting on the results of a reassessment, you will not be able to enrol.

Please note: Students returning from interruption or starting a repeat year who have outstanding conditions eg DBS or Occupational Health check will not be able to re-enrol online and will be emailed separate re-enrolment instructions.
