2020/21 Tuition Fees

If you are a UK or EU student, the full time undergraduate tuition fee for 2020/21 is £9,250.
If you intend to pay your fee with a tuition fee loan the University expects you to have funding in place prior to enrolment.

When you are contacted by Student Finance to make your application for next year please do so immediately, ensuring you meet their June deadline and your course and year of study are correct.   You can apply online at  If you would like any help or advice regarding your application, please contact the Money Advice Team in the Catalyst.  You will not receive your first maintenance loan payment until you have fully enrolled and your funding is approved.   Any outstanding actions can be viewed by logging in to your Student Finance account and checking your ‘To Do’ list.

If you are self-funding your studies and have previously paid by recurring card payment in 3 instalments you are required to set up a new payment arrangement for 2020/21.  All 2019/20 payment plans will cease.

The University takes non-payment of tuition fees very seriously and may review or even withdraw registration if it is deemed that a student has not taken appropriate steps to pay or has delayed payment.

If you have outstanding debt at the end of this academic session you will not be allowed to enrol on-line until you have paid in full or agreed an arrangement to pay with the Fees, Scholarships and Bursaries Team.

If you have any questions regarding tuition fees or funding please contact the Academic Registry on  For international queries please contact the International office directly on or telephone 01695 657122.
