  • Safeguard standards pertaining to academic services, ensuring that the University is compliant with internal and external regulation in its development and operation of procedures and that this is demonstrable through high quality records
  • Work collaboratively to ensure an integrated approach to the provision of services across the University
  • Be responsive to changing requirements and deliver innovative and efficient solutions that enable the University to enhance systems and embrace challenges
