There’s no down side to this course and I really can’t speak highly enough of it.

“After my daughter was born I decided that I wanted a better future for us both, so decided to go back to studying. I hadn’t completed my HND, had been out of education for a long time and was looking for a way to avoid starting from scratch – time was of the essence for me.

I researched my options and read good reviews about Edge Hill University and the Fastrack course. It was just six weeks long and there were no tuition fees, it was a no-brainer.

Being out of education for so long meant I was unsure about what was ahead of me and if I’d struggle to adapt, but any nervousness went out of the window on my first day. There was a wide range of people on the course and I’m still friends with many of them, which made the transition to studying for an international business degree even easier.

The Fastrack course is in two parts: topic lessons which are on the subject you plan to study, and personal development which get you back into the swing of things like writing essays and giving presentations, which I’d not done in years. My personal tutor was brilliant. His feedback was very constructive, pointing out the areas you need to change to improve. He was a really good influence, as were the subject tutors.

The course really built my confidence and now I’m the person in class answering questions while everyone else is sitting quietly. Fastrack prepared me for education but also for the future and being where I want to be. There’s no down side to this course and I really can’t speak highly enough of it.”
