Biography
Dr Wright brings extensive experience in higher education administration and governance, gained across a diverse range of universities.
Most recently, she was University Secretary at the University of Kent, having previously held senior roles including Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the University of Chester and Academic Registrar at the University of Wolverhampton.
In her role as Chief Governance Officer within the University Executive team, Jo is responsible for overseeing governance, strategic assurance, risk management, business continuity, corporate sustainability, EDI, health and safety, safeguarding and prevent duty, legal compliance and student and programme administration.
