You can become whoever you want to become. Go for it. My experience was being in an environment in which I felt supported, inspired and had a really good time.

I realised anything was possible. I loved everything, the campus, the Business School, the lecturers, the careers department.

I took an Employability module and worked closely with the careers department. They helped me to refine my skills and harness my uniqueness.

I was inspired by a curiosity of why people come together to achieve objectives and how intentional design can encourage behaviours. My degree gave me insight into a world I never knew existed. It enabled me to see I could become anything I wanted to be.

In my current role, I tend to spend a lot of time in meetings. These generally involve discussing research, planning experiments (proof-of-concepts) and checking status of existing projects.

I want to work on big, impactful opportunities. I’m not too fixed to anything in terms of future plans. Who knows what the future holds.

The top three skills I obtained from my degree.

  1. Power of research and curiosity
  2. Ability to articulate orally and written
  3. Work should and can be fun – I loved my degree, and I didn’t want my zeal for life to die when I took a job
