Edge Hill University’s award-winning student accommodation has been shortlisted for three global accolades.
The University’s student halls have been shortlisted in the Global Student Living Awards for the Best University Housing, Best Value for Money and Best Moving In Experience categories.
The Global Student Living Awards for the UK and Ireland, and Europe are based exclusively on direct feedback from tens of thousands of students about their student accommodation experience.
Director of Facilities Management at Edge Hill University, Adrian McGillion, said: “It’s always a real honour when we are shortlisted for an award, but to be shortlisted for three awards, based on real feedback and covering three key aspects of the student experience is incredible.
“The entire Facilities Management team work flat out from the start of term when our students move in, often leaving their parents for the first time, right through to when they move out at the end of the year. We work hard to make sure our students have somewhere to live that is home from home, comfortable, beautiful and safe where they feel a sense of belonging. Just being shortlisted for these awards shows how successful our work has been.”
The winners will be announced at GSL Live ’22: Net-zero Student Living in London on 20 October.
Edge Hill offers a range of different halls to suit the needs of students and all first year students are guaranteed a place in halls so they can have the very best experience. The University’s guide to living on campus can be found on the website.
