Student Life Fest is an exciting, free event for all new students here at EHU.

Did you receive your golden ticket in your welcome box? If not, don’t worry. You can access it with the button on the right.
Featuring three zones of fun: Creatives Corner, the Sports and Wellness Hub, and the Tech and Games Lounge, and so much more. This event is not to be missed. Make connections, find community, and build new friendships to kickstart your EHU student life.
This event will start off in the Hub where you can help yourself to some free food. You’ll be able to plan your afternoon and sign up to specific sessions which spark your interest within our three main zones of activity. And be sure to chat to our Campus Connectors. They are current students just like you, and can signpost you to where you need to go.

Creatives Corner, The Arts Centre
Creatives Corner will bring together the worlds of musicals, drag, crafts, and pop culture for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a craft enthusiast, or simply looking to explore your creative side. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the arts and meet other students with similar interests. Some of the activities you can enjoy within this zone include DIY tees and totes, a photo booth, silent disco, drag queen bingo, Mamma Mia musical sing-along and sober sip and paint.

Sport & Wellness Hub, Sports Center
Into sport, fitness and wellbeing? This is the place for you. Cuddle the Therapy Dogs, complete the inflatable assault course, get competitive at bubble football, or dive into Team Edge Hill sports (including American Football and our Cheerleading squad). There’s something for everyone so come along for an unforgettable day of fun.

Tech and Games Lounge, Creative Edge
The Tech and Games Lounge is the perfect place for you if you have an interest in video games, retro games, animation, media or film. We will be streaming classic Ghibli films, providing an opportunity to take part in the Student Life Pod, and even producing music videos in the TV studio.

If you feel anxious or overwhelmed at any point during this event, we will have designated quiet spaces for you to relax, chill and chat to a Campus Connector. Just look out for our staff on the day wearing the purple hoodies or t-shirts and they’ll be able to support.
