Sport students enhance their employability with multi-skills coaching qualification

Edge Hill Sport students have been provided with the opportunity to complement their degree studies with a multi-skills level 2 coaching qualification. This qualification is designed to prepare you for future employment as independent coaches of multi-skills and physical activity.

To turn your passion for sport into a dream job, you need skills and experience. Here at Edge Hill, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to practice for a lifelong career as a professional. It is a key requirement for graduate coaches to be level 2 qualified in order to aid their own growth and development. Offering the multi-skills qualification to Edge Hill students is a fantastic opportunity to complement studies, enhance your employability and help you prepare for your chosen career.

Around 50 level 5 and level 6 Edge Hill Sports students signed up for the course this term. The qualification will support you to deliver multi-skills as an independent coach and allow you to take responsibility for the ongoing development of participants at a variety of ages.
