What should I do with the books I need to return?

Please keep hold of any items that you have on loan, you will not be able to physically return them until the campus re-opens. All books will be automatically renewed every 2 weeks and our reservation service has been suspended so you will not receive any recall notices.

Will I incur fines whilst Catalyst is closed?

No. Please be assured that we will not charge any fines during this period. Any fines that do occur during this period will be waived.

Can I still book a 1-2-1 UniSkills appointment?

Yes. The UniSkills team are offering appointments using a virtual classroom. For more information visit our UniSkills webpages.

How can I get in touch with a member of staff?

You can contact the Catalyst Helpdesk via email or live chat. Helpdesk staff will be able to answer your enquiry or refer it on to the relevant team.

Where can I find more information from the University about COVID-19?
