Introduction

Introduction

The Legal Research Group is engaged in research and scholarly activity in a diverse range of areas, particularly EU law, competition law, national and international human rights law, public law and legal theory. Members of the group have an excellent publication record in the form of books, book chapters, journal articles, conference papers and other speaking engagements. The group has organised a number of high profile, international conferences and has a vibrant guest speaker programme.

The Legal Research Group also provides expert advice to the public and private sectors, and has been involved in advising national governments, national parliaments, the European Commission, the European Parliament, and national and international non-governmental bodies.
