Professor Hallsworth is the Director of the Centre for Social and Evaluation Research at London Metropolitan University. In his lecture, he will examine the phenomenon of ‘gangs’ in relation to problems of ‘urban disorder’, focusing on how gangs have become scapegoats for deep rooted social and economic crises.

Lecture will be held on Wednesday 15 February 2012 at 4 – 6 pm in Room B001. All are welcome to attend.
