Our annual re-assessment for our Customer Service Excellence award is due on 30 January 2018 and we would like to invite anyone who has used our service in the last 12 months it they would like to come along and talk about their experience.

The meeting(s) last no longer that one hour; you get to meet the Assessor and have some lunch or refreshments (depending on the time of day) and talk about your experience engaging with IT Services.  This might be as a partner (working with us) or as a customer (where you make a request or report an issue).  Everyone is welcome although the number of chairs in the rooms is a limiting factor so please get in touch if you would like to have your say so we can book you in and sort out the catering.
