I had a positive experience overall. There are weekly activities for international students like me such as Global Cafe to connect with other international students or school trips to explore other regions of the UK.

Undergraduate programmes

For undergraduate courses, you should have at least the Upper Secondary School Graduation Diploma (5.0/10.0) (Bằng Tốt Nghiệp Phổ Thông Trung Học) plus an International Foundation Year or equivalent.

International Baccalaureate (IB)

We are happy to accept students who have completed the IB qualification. We will use UCAS Tariff scores to assess a student’s suitability. Subject-specific requirements at Higher Level (HL) Grade 5 may apply. For clarity of entry requirements for the course you’re interested in, please contact the International Office.

Postgraduate programmes

What our students say

Thao Vy Thai

MA Tesol – 50% Ambassador Scholarship Recipient

“Edge Hill has welcomed me in the warmest way possible. During orientation week, I got to tour the beautiful campus of Edge Hill and the lovely town of Ormskirk. The International Office also took us to Conwy, a lovely town in Wales, and to the nearby city of Liverpool, on these trips I got to make good friends with people from several parts of the world. And the best part is that I love my course, the course leader, lecturers, and my classmates were all warm, welcoming and encouraging from the very beginning”

Vy has been blogging about her time at Edge Hill. You can read her blog online.
