Entry requirements

Specific entry requirements may differ for each programme, but the information detailed below provides general requirements and some guidance. More information on specific courses can be found in the course catalogue. Each application is assessed on its own merit.

English Language requirements for individual courses may vary but the minimum requirements can be found here.


International Foundation Programme

Students whose qualifications do not meet our general entrance or course requirements may need to take an International Foundation Programme to qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree programme.

Applicants should have completed the Higher School Certificate (Year 12)

Average of 60%+


Undergraduate Programmes

Applicants should have completed either:
A-levels OR
International Baccalaureate OR
A recognised foundation course in the UK OR
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) 80% + with at least 80% in specific subject
Two-year degree from a recognised university with 55%+


International Baccalaureate

We are happy to accept students who have completed the IB qualification. We will use UCAS Tariff scores to assess a student’s suitability. Subject-specific requirements at Higher Level (HL) Grade 5 may apply. For clarity of entry requirements for the course you’re interested in, please contact the International Office.


Postgraduate Programmes

Applicants should have completed a four year bachelor’s degree with GPA of 2.8/4.0 or 60% (second class), or a three year bachelor’s degree (with honours) with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 75%, or a two year bachelor’s degree plus a two years master’s degree with a GPA of 2.7/4.0 or 60%
