This information is provided for practice partners (not students).  Students are directed to access programme information via Blackboard.  Please select the correct heading for your / the relevant programme below, using the tabs.  Details of resources are listed under each heading.  If you are looking for documents in relation to our Applied Health and Social Care programmes you will find them here.

Nursing - all routes

Assessment Documentation

BSc, MSc, Integrated Nursing and Social Work and FdSc Nursing Associate students will use online practice assessment records.

The Online Practice Assessment Record and Evaluation (PARE) tool is a Health Education North West initiative. Its intuitive design allows a wide range of multi-professional users to access and record information securely from any internet enabled device.  This powerful online tool is easy to use, and supports students, supervisors and assessors to provide the highest standards in practice learning experiences. Online Practice Assessment Record and Evaluation demonstrations can be accessed at www.onlinepare.net/training-resources.php

You will need a username and password to access individual student information.  This will be provided from either a Practice Education Facilitator (PEF) in NHS placements or for Private, Independent and Voluntary Organisations (PIVO) placements by contacting FOHSCCustomerService@edgehill.ac.uk
