This module aligns to the 4 pillars to meet the research requirements of the HEE Multi-professional framework for advanced clinical practice in England (2017). Each learning outcome reflects an element of the 4 pillars of advanced practice and provides the students with an opportunity to move forward with recommendations for changes in practice that will enhance quality, productivity, safety and are disseminatable directly into the practice area.

a. Critical deconstruction and analysis of a policy or guideline.
b. Conduct a systematic review of the literature in relation to a chosen topic.
c. Conduct a change in practice project or demonstration of clinical audit.
