Enrolment is a mandatory process that you must go through at the beginning of your course to become a member of the University, activate your IT/Library account and release your finance from the Student Loans Company. The enrolment process is completed online, in two stages:
The first stage of enrolment will open on Thursday 12 December and you will need to have completed this stage by Friday 3 January.
If your status on UCAS Track is Unconditional Firm (UF) by this date, you will receive an email to the email address you used to make your application. This email will contain everything you need to complete stage one, including your login details.
Please allow 24 hours for this email to arrive. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have completed stage one, all emails regarding enrolment will be sent to your Edge Hill email account, so you need to make sure this is set up. To access your Edge Hill email account, please visit the Student Homepage.
Please note, you will only be able to set up your Edge Hill inbox once you have received your stage one email.
When you have successfully completed stage one, an email with the subject line ‘Stage two: next steps’ will be sent to your Edge Hill email address. This will contain instructions and the link you need to complete stage two.
You need to complete stage two to conﬁrm your attendance on campus and release your student loan. Do this when you ﬁrst arrive on campus, which will either be on your ﬁrst day of Induction Week or, if you are living in halls, the day you move in.

Please note that a delay in enrolling may result in you being unable to access University facilities and a delay to your first student loan payment (if applicable).
Once you have completed both stages of your enrolment, your student loan will be released within 3-5 working days from the start of your course, or the day you have enrolled, whichever is the latest.
