Clearing Offer Holders

Once you have accepted your Clearing Offer and had your place with us confirmed, it is important that you take the time to complete the following steps to ensure that you are ready to begin your studies in September.

If you have any queries regarding any of this information you should call us immediately on 0800 0286677.

Once your place has been confirmed with UCAS, you will receive an email from the accommodation team inviting you to apply for accommodation in halls of residence. This will contain a unique username and a password which will provide you with access to the online accommodation application form.

You may prefer to live off campus, rather than in halls of residence. We provide the same level of support and guidance to all of our students, whether they are living on or off campus. For more information about off campus accommodation please contact the Accommodation team:

Additional needs

The Inclusion Team provide information, guidance and support to applicants and students, including those with disabilities and additional needs, and we work closely with academic and support staff across the University.

We encourage disabled applicants to make contact as soon as possible to ensure that support is in place at the start of your university course. We provide a friendly and professional service and applicants and students can discuss individual requirements in complete confidence.

Our highly experienced team are here to advise you on:

  • disclosure and confidentiality
  • your move to university
  • disabled Students Allowance (DSA) and eligibility
  • learning facilitators
  • reasonable adjustments
  • exam modifications and alternative assessments
  • adapted rooms on campus
  • rights and responsibilities

Some students come forward during their programme, but contacting us before you start is the best way to make sure that any support you may need is in place.
