Unicard Replacement

ImageServerupAdvice

Please take care of your Unicard as there is a £10 charge for a replacement due to loss or damage.  Do not holepunch, bend, bite or scratch it as this may stop it from working.

What do I do if I need a replacement?

If you are a current Edge Hill student and have lost or damaged your Unicard you will need to purchase a new one via the on-line store. No cash purchases are available.

Please do not purchase a replacement card if you think your card may be faulty or if your card has been stolen and you have a valid Crime Reference Number. This will be replaced free of charge and should be reported to the FM Helpdesk. However, please note that Edge Hill University cannot accept responsibility for the cash value of any lost or stolen Unicards.

Where do I collect my new Unicard?

Payment must be made in advance of a replacement Unicard being issued by the FM Helpdesk. Please bring your receipt with you as you will not be able to collect your new card without it.

Please click Unicard.
