You said:
“There are no help pages for the online store”

We did:
The Online Store and Enterprise Store have both been updated with a series of new Help & Information pages in order to support your use of the store 24/7 and to help you when you need it. Our help pages include a comprehensive Store User Guide, a Frequently Asked Question section, Logging-in Support, Card Payment Issue Advice and an updated Contacts page.


You said:
“I would like to be able to pay my Tuition Fees in a different currency”

We did:
Edge Hill University is now in partnership with Western Union Business Solutions to enable you to make your payments in a safe and secure manner in your local currency. This method can be used for paying your Tuition Fees, Accommodation Fees or both!

You said:
“Please could you consider ways of making Management Information more easily accessible and available on a more timely basis?”

We did:
We have now introduced CP a software package that enables all budget holders to access their management information online vastly improving the accessibility and timeliness of financial information.


You said:
“Can students be paid by BACS instead of having to come to the Finance window to collect cheques?”

We did:
All students are now paid by BACS which means that all students now receive any payments direct into their bank accounts.


You said:
“Is there an easier way to raise an invoice instead of filling in paper requests?”

We did:
We have installed FPM a software package that enables invoices to be raised electronically which is linked to the eFin system. This is gradually being rolled out to users across the University.


You said:
“Can the CAPEX form be available electronically so we can type up rather than hand write?”

We did:
The revised CAPEX form is now available on the Wiki along with comprehensive procedure notes.
