Anneli Hujala- ‘Integrated care in Finland – Future challenges
Anneli Hujala is a researcher on management in health and social care. Her research focuses on interactional dimensions of management (health management science, social psychology) in the context of elderly care and integrated care.
Sanna Laulainen: Care professionals as undervalued management partners – citizenship as professional competency
Sanna describes herself as a critical scholar. Her academic background is in sociology (gender issues) and administrative sciences (PhD in social management sciences). In addition to research projects, she has worked as a full-time and part-time lecturer over 17 years (specialising in qualitative methods).
Each speaker will talk for 25 minutes, followed by a 5 min Q and A session.
